About Us
Hedgley Homes takes its name and its guiding philosophy from the historic Hedgeley Homestead in Hawke’s Bay’s Esk Valley.
The homestead’s character and steady evolution inspire the way we design, build, and work with our clients today.
Our story begins with our director, whose construction career started in Malaysia, where he gained experience in home sales, client management, and project oversight with two leading developers.
His drive for a more hands‑on approach brought him to New Zealand’s South Island, where for the past eight years he has led family‑focused residential builds.
Under his leadership, every Hedgley home reflects craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a genuine partnership with the people who live in it.
